Minewater08 Conference

At the beginning of the minewater project, we had set up the project management office of his transnational project. At the end of the project, on short notice, we were asked to take over the whole organisation of the concluding Minewater08 conference in Aachen and Heerlen. The former conference team was not able to fulfill the demands.
With a joint effort of all concerned partners of the minewater project, we succeded to set up an international 3 day conference on different locations within a tight time schedule and fixed budget. Over 275 participants and big media coverage proofed the success of the conference.
Opening trainstation Woonboulevard Heerlen (2010)
For the opening of the trainstation "Woonboulevard Heerlen", stellwerk has been asked to organise and arrange the whole event. The appointmend included from the first ideas to the finished event all details of the planing and development. This event classified itself into two duties. First, the grand opening with VIP's and second the grand opening for the pubic.
The planning covered the creating of a timeline, designing the area, organising the whole day-to-day routine for both days, the maintenance of the whole communication and the contact and arrangement process with the single regional traffic providers.
The feedback above the planning and development was throughout positive and both days has been a huge success.
